You can choose different options in order to send us your images; either use the form below, or the physical
address provided further below.

All pictures sent in and displayed will show full photographer credits (you keep the copyright to your picture); sender
consents to our disclaimer by submitting. Not all pictures will neccesarily be shown (although they likely will).
Instructions
Print Images
Please send colour prints no larger than 5 x 7 inches, preferably 4 x 6 inches to the address below. Do not send negatives or dia; and
we recommend you not send in your only print if you do not have the negative.
Please note that we do NOT return prints unless explicitly stated AND accompanied by a self-addressed and suffiecently stamped (Canadian postage) envelope.
Should your letter originate from outside of Canada, and require a customs declaration of contents, please make sure your letter is declared properly; we would
recommend putting the value at no more than US$1.00. We will not accept submissions that require us to pay duties or additional postage.
Disks or CD-ROMS
You can mail these to the address provided below, bearing in mind that they will not be returned unless accompanied by a self-addressed and sufficiently stamped
(Canadian postage) envelope.
Images can be in the following formats: .jpg, .tif, .cdr, .cpt, .bmp, .pnt, .psd, .pdd, .eps, .pcd, .pdf

E-Mail submissions
You can make use of our form sheet below, or simply choose to send your images to: photos@manhole.ca.
Either way, please ensure that ONLY .JPG format be mailed in. Image size should be up to 300 dpi, and no larger than 1000 x 1000 pixels, with a size not exceeding 650 KB. The form
will not accept files larger than 650 KB.
Please make sure to include the name of the photographer, the location the picture was taken (details gladly accepted), and the date the picture was taken. For a name, feel
free to choose a Nickname (for copyright purposes we would recommend your real name, but leave this up to you).
